  This is a pretty run down place to stay. It is very expensive considering the standard of the place. Really convenient location with public transport right outside and parking on site. The rooms and shared facilities are very basic but clean. The owner makes you feel like he is doing you a favour allowing you to stay there.

  I booked a friend who needed to be near the UNSW for work for a few weeks into the Parade Lodge. It's run by a lovely family who'll do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Understand that the Parade Lodge is absolutely budget accommodation, so if you're looking for a six-star palace, this won't be for you. The property is set upon the busy (read: noisy) Anzac Parade, so if you're a light sleeper ask for a room at the back.

  As an exchange student at UNSW, stayed for 2 months. Landlord is an incredibly nice old man who took good care of young students. Very helpful attendants. Bus stop just outside. UNSW is at walking distance.
