  BoConcept met and even surpassed all our expectations. As we do not live at the delivery address but only come for visits to Sydney, it was important that the delivery took place at the date we stipulated. All worked like clock-work and the guys who delivered our goods were pleasant and quick! A job well done and we love the chairs...

  At beginning we love the design, after we spent money, time and 2 years using experience, we are thinking IKEA maybe the better Nordic Furniture.

  I've ordered a Copenhagen customised wall unit early this year & I love it. The delivery staffs did a great job in installing it & they really know exactly what they are doing especially in moving the wall unit in my small apartment. Most of my home furnitures are from BoConcept & I love the minimalist & functional designs very much Scandinavian look. One suggestion would be if you guys can reduce the long waiting lead times that would be perfect. I don't really like waiting for too long time for furniture(s) to arrive because it spoil the customer experience overall. Thank you.

  Service was efficient yet prolonged due to products coming from overseas. The product were aesthetic well designed and distinctive small circular lounge room tables. The paint finish however proved very easily scratched on the top by minimal use. The solution was to install clear glass tops inside the recessed top. This now provides an effect resistant top but does require more cleaning than would be expected. The result is still very aesthetically satisfying.

  This is not feedback, just general telling you if you have any problems with your order after 16 weeks waiting time. You could get a replacement from them for other 12 weeks. I'm not saying they are bad, but on my purchase experience, I have been spent lot of time to deal with this management team. The reason for the replacement is the leather looks like been used for long time and the grain on the leather was gone. The sofa armrest is out of the shape. lol~

  I was very impressed by the highly personalised service provided by my sales consultant (Chris) whilst shopping at the concept store. The quality and design aesthetics of the BoConcept product are exceptional and their products reasonably priced considering the designer product that they are. After shopping around for other alternatives we always seemed to be drawn back to BoConcept, which was where we made our final purchase. I have not needed to use the after sales service and hopefully never will. Overall, very happy and will recommend BoConcept to other furniture purchasers looking for designer quality items that will certainly become a conversation point for guests and visitors.
